Each Sunday, all kids (birth-6th grade) experience a fun, safe, and gospel-centered environment where they learn about Jesus through engaging lessons and hands-on activities.
We are passionate about partnering with families and teaching kids to follow Jesus! We exist to help you raise kids who love Jesus and we do this through equipping families with age appropriate resources, discipleship, clear communication and opportunities to serve.
The gospel is at the heart of everything we do! Every week our Elementary kids hear a version of what is being taught in church and our Early Childhood friends hear a story from the Jesus Storybook bible. Everyone leaves each Sunday knowing that it is all about Jesus!
We believe children are more motivated to learn in a fun-filled, safe environment. We are committed to providing your kids a fun, loving and safe experience where they can enjoy creative play, engaging bible lessons and worship together.
Our Nursery through Preschool classes focus on learning more about Jesus and serving others.
Through music, games, and age appropriate teaching your kids will learn what it looks like to know and follow Jesus.
Kids also join the main service for worship, so that they begin to see adults worship from an early age.
Our Elementary program is designed so that your kids will be excited to come back and invite their friends!
In our Early Childhood environments, the safety of your child is our number one priority. We work hard to keep rooms clean, provide age-appropriate activities, and recruit the best leaders who genuinely love caring for your kids. We also believe these special first years are a great opportunity to learn of the great love God has for them in fun and engaging ways.
Community is just one of the many gifts that God has given us through the church! We are here to support, encourage, pray, listen, and help in any way we can. We are cheering for you! Together we can help the next generation know Jesus!
We love to have fun in our Kindergarten-6th grade classrooms at Mission Valley! That is why we plan and prepare an experience your kids will want to come back to again and again. We believe every child can learn more about Jesus and we write lessons in a way that are developmentally appropriate. We are mindful of the timing and pacing of each lesson so that each class is engaged and has the opportunity to ask questions.
The lesson kids interact with is similar to what is being preached in church and our Take Home pages create opportunities for families to have gospel-centered conversations during the week.
Through games, music, activities, and bible lessons your child will learn biblical truth relevant to their stage of life. In addition to learning how much God loves them, they will also learn truths such as: God always keeps his promises and I can serve others!
Our Elementary leaders are experts when it comes to fun and are sensitive to all the different ways kids learn. We structure our environment by genuinely making everyone feel welcomed, valued and respected as an integral part of the classroom. We love seeing our kids laughing, learning, growing in their faith and inviting friends to join them.
